Does a ringing telephone, a doorbell, or the sudden demand of an impatient co-worker make you immediately stop what you are doing? Do you feel your tasks take second place to the requests of others?
Every time you “drop everything,” your stress level rises and your productivity sinks. So, make sure these interruptions are vital. Demands on your life are often not as important as you think. What’s important is “you,” and what you need to accomplish.
It’s time to get your priorities in-check and make a conscious effort to separate what’s “important” from what’s merely “urgent.” Ask yourself, “Is this really important, or could it be done later?” Give your attention to the things that really count. You’ll find harmony when you do.

The truth is that now is as good a time as any to put your dreams into motion. Let’s make today the day to begin your journey to greater levels of fulfillment and productivity. No more waiting for things to be “just right.”
No matter what you have been putting off, make a commitment to yourself that today is the day to get moving. There will always be challenges and obstacles. So what! If you take things in stride and roll with the punches, you can overcome anything!
Remember that with each step you take, you’ll grow stronger, more and more skilled, and more and more confident. Break free and go for it!

Today’s Affirmation: My goals and dreams are in motion. I am not waiting for anything.
How happy i am when i met you..it was such a wonderful happiness when were together all the time…the bad times and good times that we shared the memories that we had..
how i love you so much..i follow you whatever you want me to do…I sacrifice everything just to pleased you..
I thought were gonna be together…forever…but i was wrong…really wrong..the promise that you made..it was gone..now that your gone..
how i have been hurt when you betray me…i was so deeply wounded hurt..
i cried a lot..everynight..that passes by..my tears kept falling on my cheek..my pillows been wet for my tears..i cant do anything…just to cry..i cant shared it to my friends..because i really dont want you to have a bad image to them…
how will i ever forget you..those memories that we had…the laugther..the pain…the tears..when were together..
You cannot even say sorry for me..nor asking for an apology..but still i love you for what you did to me..I cant do anything but to forgive you…i know its hard to move on..but to release the pain..i have to forgive you…
I wont change…i will always be here for you..no matter what you did to me..i already forgiven you..
I lay in bed miles away from you wishing and dreaming
that we could be together forever
but the distance between us keeps us from each other.
