Key to Making Personal Changes Happen

“Making personal changes takes courage, planning, persistence and will.”

Questions like “What do I want to accomplish?” and “What will make me happiest?” are difficult to answer. What’s even more difficult is cultivating a plan to achieve them. But, you must. Making a plan gives you direction and purpose.

Take some time to decide what really matters. Brainstorm and figure out what you need to do to make things happen. No one but you can do this. If you don’t, you risk letting others make plans for you.

Don’t settle for less than you are worth. Create and cultivate your goals and aspirations. Think about them, decide how you are going to achieve them, and patiently pursue them.

It’s all up to you and you can do it! Take action today.

I want some help here .I have so called trouble which is about friendship .I had a girlfriend and we were ordinary friends at that time ,but due to carelessness and stress in our lives ;we didn’t talk to each other since a long period of time .Now,I want to talk with her once again ,any thoughts you can give me to start with .(extra info :I’m male .and We are both in the same university,actually same stage .)

      Firstly, I am not sure whether I be able to help you with is friendship. Maybe you need to start to approached her and talk to her like normal. See how thing goes.

      Just what I did, no matter how angry I am with my guy, I still talk to him everyday although I didn’t talk much as we often do that all. Good luck and all the best.
