Wouldn’t it be great if you could just turn off your negative self-talk once and for all? You would be so much happier. The truth is you can’t. But, you can control it. It is so important that you do this before negative self-talk depletes your self-esteem.
When you’re constantly telling yourself things like, “I’m not good at anything,” “I can’t get that job,” or “I’ll never lose weight,” it doesn’t take long before you start to believe it. And, when you believe it, you act in ways to support it.
Remember that all women have negative thoughts. Women with high self-esteem are the ones that have exchanged negative self-talk for positive inner dialogue. They successfully tune out the negative chatter and replace it with an “I can” and “I will” attitude.
Guess what? So can you.
