“There’s a time and a place to express your true feelings.”
A smile that is insincere is a turn off. Saying, “Have a nice day,” without meaning, does not go unnoticed. Apologies with little depth won’t be accepted by those you have hurt or deceived.
We all have feelings, as well as the need to express them.
An awareness of how your feelings affect what you say is important. It’s okay to be frustrated or mad. And, it’s perfectly normal and acceptable to express emotions. Just remember to be aware of how your frank expressions or true feelings may make someone else feel.
Such consideration for others encourages consideration for you.
