Happy Saturday everyone.. Times flies..another week to Nov, can’t wait to start my holiday again.I believe everyone will start clearing leave by now. Halloween is just a week away.

Anyway I hope everyone have a good weekend ahead.

Carnival

Yes, is a public holiday here again, the church of visitation is organize a Go Mad Carnival ( charity) where you can buy coupons to purchase foods and games. I was there in the morning because of my nephew performance.

We going off after my nephew performance. The weather is extremely hot today, and the huge crowd at the church. The carnival end at 5pm.. is was fun and enjoyable event and lot of performance from different cultures.

Find the Enthusiasm to Pursue Your Dreams

“Allowing dreams to emerge, gives you the strength to make them real.”

If you allow yourself to dream, to aspire, you can’t help but to begin to plan.

Once you have a plan, you can begin taking steps to make your dreams real. Whether you’ve always wanted to heal the planet or just have more time to yourself today is the time to do it. Now is the time to take advantage of your energy, wisdom, enthusiasm and vitality.

Make your dreams important in your life. Let them come to the surface and take on meaning. Once you do, you will feel better about yourself. And, the enthusiasm and energy to pursue your dreams will soar!

Overcome a Self-Defeating Attitude

“What you think about most molds your attitude.”

Your thoughts and beliefs are a mold for your attitude. If your thoughts are negative and self-defeating, your attitude will be the same.If your thoughts are positive and uplifting, your outlook will be the same.

What you think about most makes you what you are. It’s the repetition of the same old negative thoughts that keeps you stuck. If you want to change your attitude, use the same repetitive method. Repetitive, self-empowering thoughts are the key.

This transformation will be gradual and require persistence. Once you adopt these positive affirmations, don’t get discouraged if your negative thoughts don’t immediately disappear. Keep at it and you will soon see definite results.

Be Honest…How Well Do You Know Yourself?

“There are many ways to know yourself.”

You are a multifaceted person. Discovering yourself can be the adventure of a lifetime. Learning how comfortable or uncomfortable you are in certain situations, if you’re outgoing or quiet, what makes you happy or sad, and knowing what you’re good at and what you’re not, is part of nurturing a balanced life. Do you know all those things about yourself? Or, are you too busy, too stressed, or too focused on someone else to care?

Knowing as much as you can about yourself makes decision-making easier. When you know “you,” it’s easier to ensure that your choices are the right ones. This knowledge is your key to harmony and balance. So, take the time to know yourself. It’s the only way to make certain that you live a happy, fulfilling life.

Shatter All and Any Limitations

“Your mind can shatter your limits.”

You have a choice.  You can be confident or unconfident, happy or unhappy, attractive or unattractive, powerful or weak.

All these things start with you and what you tell yourself about what you can and cannot do.

Your mind is where you define your limits. If  your inner thoughts are self-defeating, you will become what they tell you. If your thoughts are empowering, positive and upbeat, you will become that woman. It’s a self fulfilling prophecy.

Impress upon your mind what you want to be, not what you don’t want to be.That is where the true power of self suggestion lies.

Get Rid of Procrastination – once & for all

“Finish what you begin.”

When you make a heart-felt decision to finish something meaningful and, then, do it, something amazing happens. You feel energized and all the worry and fear that you felt in the beginning miraculously disappears.

Your mind is free! You no longer feel guilty. The burden is gone and you don’t beat yourself up for avoiding what needed to be done.

In the end, when you finish what you begin, you’re naturally motivated to do more. So, if you feel like quitting, keep in mind that wonderful feelings are waiting at the end of every meaningful task.

How to Achieve Great Things

“You’re as great as your thoughts.”

Imagine your ideal self – a person filled with health, happiness and prosperity. Imagine living the life of your dreams.

This life is not as distant or unreachable as it may seem. You are a reflection of your thoughts. If you think you can do great things, you will. If you think you can’t, you won’t.

For change to happen you need to enlarge your thoughts. You need to hold a vision of yourself that will carry you through adversity and give you the strength to climb mountains.

So, hold your ideal self in your thoughts. Stay true to it. You will become as great as what you hold in your mind.
