Get to the Core of Motivation

“Motivation comes from doing, not thinking.”

The longer you sit and think about doing something, the harder it becomes to do it. If you think too much, excuses may paralyze you.

Today is your day to stop thinking and start doing!

When you start doing something, positive energy flows and you become more motivated. So don’t think about how you’re going to exercise. Put on your running shoes and run! Don’t think about how you’ll learn a new skill some day. Go out and book a course, right now!

Stop procrastinating. Start doing! You’ll find a motivation that can change your life!

Are You in a Race With No End in Sight?

“It takes goals and motivation to win the race.”

Do you know what is important to you? If not, you may have set unreachable goals, or may not have set goals at all. Without meaningful goals, life is much like a race with no finish line. There is never any reason to celebrate!

If, on the other hand, you set and achieve meaningful goals, you have many reasons to rejoice. Remember, even small goals count. You get to enjoy many moments of satisfaction and celebration. Your self-esteem and confidence get a boost, because you have proven to yourself that you are capable.

Determine what is important to you, and resolve to pursue your goals with passion and persistence. The race is about to begin – and you want to win it!

Today’s Affirmation: I know what is important to me, and I pursue it with passion.

Best day !!!

Here is something that my friend send me today and that I would like to share with you !

Today is the tomorrow I worried about yesterday
And today was such a lovely day
That I wondered why I worried about today yesterday
So today I am not going to worry about tomorrow
There may not be a tomorrow anyway
So today I am going to live as if there is no tomorrow
And I am going to forget about yesterday.

Today is the tomorrow I planned for yesterday
And nearly all my plans for today did not plan out the way I thought they would yesterday
So today I am forgetting about tomorrow and I will plan for today
But not too strenuously
Today I will stop to smell a rose
I will tell a loved one how much I love her
I will stop planning for tomorrow and plan to make today the best day of my life.

Today is the tomorrow I was afraid of yesterday
And today was nothing to be afraid of
So today I will banish fear of the unknown
I will embrace the unknown as a learning experience full of exciting opportunities
Today, unlike yesterday I will not fear tomorrow.

Today is the tomorrow I dreamed about yesterday
And some of the dreams I dream about yesterday came true today
So today I am going to continue dreaming about tomorrow
And perhaps more of the dreams I dream today will come true tomorrow.

Today is the tomorrow I set goals for yesterday
And I reached some of those goals today
So today I am going to set slightly higher goals for today and tomorrow
And if tomorrow turns out to be like today
I will certainly reach all of my goals one day !!!

So dearest friends, forget about all your worries, fears, doubts and make TODAY THE BEST DAY of your life !!!

Don’t Give Up!

“Results will take as long as they take.”

It is so easy to give up if you don’t see expected results, immediately. This is especially true with exercise. You drag yourself to the gym and you sweat and burn. The pounds you planned to lose in three weeks remain stubbornly in place. Discouragement sets in and you want to give up.

Don’t worry! This is a common experience for everyone. The good news is that you can turn things around. The secret to not giving up is to practice mindful exercise. Instead of counting your chickens before they hatch, enjoy each moment of your workout for its own sake. Experience exercise as an enjoyable healthy escape from the real world.

While exercising, your mind may stray from your movements. But, stay mindful each the movement. Exist in the moment and gently remind yourself to focus. As you stay focused, without demanding rewards, the exercise itself becomes its own reward – and you will see the results you expect.

Today’s Affirmation: When exercising I remain mindful.

Apart

all

Even though we are miles apart
You are never far from my heart
I loved you then
I love you now
It’s always when and
Never how
Take me back to yesterday
All the wonderful things you had to say
I loved you then
I love you now
It’s always when
And never how
I see your eyes
I feel you near
Although you’re not
Really here

Become stronger, braver, disciplined, driven and focused.

“Why not now?”

You’re going to get serious about finding a new job; really you are. You’re just going to wait until you win the lotto before you go on vacation. And yes, you honestly want to get in shape and lose weight but you’ll wait until your schedule lightens up. Does any of this sound familiar?

Procrastination can undo even the best of intentions. The truth is procrastination is a vicious cycle.

“I’ll get it done today!” becomes “I really meant to, I’ll do it tomorrow for sure.” Before you know it, today has turned into tomorrow; those tomorrows have added up and turned into months, sometimes years. The bottom line is you have made no progress. You’re exactly where you’ve always been.

The good news is that it doesn’t have to be this way! You can stop the cycle by taking action. All you have to do is make a start; you don’t have to take on the world and do everything at once. Take baby steps. Make one phone call, go to the gym one day, take one step toward you goals.

The more you push against tendencies to procrastinate, the easier it is to bust free and realize your goals.

Enough Already! Get What You Want in Life

“Planning brings your future into the present.”

It isn’t enough to sit on the sidelines and hope for things to get better. You’ve got to ask yourself, “What steps am I going to take to get the things in life I want?” Achieving great goals takes planning and your life is no different.

Take charge! Make plans to bridge the distance between where you are now and the future you can see so clearly. Define, clarify and implement your plans. If you need help, don’t be bashful. Ask someone for it. You will be surprised how willing others are to help you succeed.

Remember, your plan is your path and your guide. No woman with a plan has ever lost her way on the road to her goals!
