Goodbye

It’s very hard to say goodbye folks. There are so many people we need to thank. Firstly, our beautiful team at Litefm. Everyone who has passed through these corridors and was a part of the station. Thank you. For all the opportunities we got to interview amazing celebrities and music legends and hang out every week with two very cool guys and good friends, Dr Rajbans and Paul J. Thank you.

And lastly…to ALL the listeners…the main reason why we got out of bed every morning at 4:30am with a smile on our faces…THANK YOU! You guys made the show so worthwhile and fulfilling and we will never forget it! Its not goodbye…just ta ta for now!

The Only Way to Lasting Results

“Change is expensive.”

No matter what you want in life, you must give up something to get it. It’s a universal law and it works like this. The greater the value of what you want the greater sacrifice you will have to make.

The truth is, that it is hard and continuous dedication that brings lasting results. There are no short cuts, easy streets or detours.

Expect to pay a price if you want to make your life better. But, more importantly, also expect to pay a price for just leaving things as they are.

Feeling Depressed?

“We see the world as we are.”

Remember the last bad day you had? Chances are you ended up in a grumpy mood and feeling fed up. Even though the sun may have been shining or people all around you were happy and laughing – you were miserable, which meant the day was bad no matter how you looked at it.

Unfortunately, this same thinking can color life itself. If you’re facing hardship, you may feel life holds no hope. If you’re lonely, you may decide the world is an unfriendly place.

Resolve to change this thinking pattern, now!

If you’re depressed, think of the excitement that life offers. If you feel stressed look for opportunities with optimism in your heart. If you’re lonely, realize the world is full of friendly people – and go out and meet them.

By choosing to see the joy in the way things are, you’ll soon feel the joy yourself!

Start the World Over with This

“Optimism.”

Optimistic women have it good; they’re less susceptible to ill health and better able to fight off ailments if they strike.

Given that stress and unhappiness can have a negative impact on your health, it stands to reason that happiness resulting from an optimistic attitude stands you in good stead.

Instead of looking at the black clouds above, think about the blue sky beyond them. Instead of seeing a mountain with an impossible climb, imagine yourself already standing on the summit. In the same way you exercise to build physical strength, keep exercising optimism to strengthen it.

Today is your day to start the world over. So, make it a healthy one!

Solve Problems the Easy Way

“Problem solving comes easier with a fit mind.”

You wouldn’t expect your body to stay in shape without regular exercise, so you can’t expect your mind to perform to the peak of its ability without use.

This doesn’t mean you need to start spending hours in the library or lose yourself in academia. Simply sharpening your observational skills and paying attention to the world around you will do wonders for keeping your mind in tune.

As you continue to learn and grow you’ll gain the determination and confidence you need to confront any problems that cross your path. And, more importantly, you’ll have a strategy and a plan to make things better.

Remember, keep your mind fit and creative solutions will come more quickly and easily.
