motivate

Need some motivated sometime, read some motivating book, just want I been reading recently..is from Nick Vujicic…Stand Strong. In this book, I have learn how to be comfortable with our selves that others people feel comfortable with us too. Create a life that make us joyful, that they will want to shave in our happiness. God put you here for a purpose.. Reward our self. Feel good about what you’ve done and built up our self confidence and self love.

stand strong

Self love and self confidence come to you when you accept responsibility for your own happiness and success. I’m going to my place of peace built on my faith and trust in the goodness of God. Be kind . Keep planting those seeds of love. Give a free hug, give a free smile, you never know what will grew from your kindness. Sometimes magic happens.

” Kindness makes you the most beautiful person in the world, no matter what you look like.”

Accept that we have value and purpose, take responsible for our own happiness and build your life on strong values. It’s not what the world thinks of you, but what you think of you.

One of the great things bout creating your own safety zone is that you can fill it with whatever puts your soul in peace.

Remember: God created you for a purpose, and He has a plan for you. Don;t let negative people bring you down and make you feel bad about yourself, but you can make the choice to reject anything those people says or does . Instead look to those who love you and to your Creator for strength and inspiration.

That the good points that I had learn from this book. Get your self a copy to get motivated when you need one. God bless.

Have Something to Live For

“A clear vision is the first step.”

Are you happy with how you are living your life? If not, do you have a goals and plans for change?

Having goals makes work and life more interesting, exciting and engaging. Goals help you recognize opportunities when they strike. And, merely because they exist, you are inspired to take action when opportunities present themselves.

Take time to write down what you want and why you want it. Write about your ideal life. What does it look like? Where is it? What are you doing? Who are you with? Describe everything – the place, the people, and most of all how you feel.

Congratulations! You have taken the first step toward clarifying your vision for change.

Where Happiness REALLY Comes From

“Happiness is abundant in the joy of achievement.”

Happiness doesn’t come from successfully completing simple or mundane tasks, it comes from completing a task that demands your best efforts.

When you pour your heart and soul into something and you accomplish that something, the afterglow of satisfaction you feel is happiness. It is the thrill of all your efforts and hard work.

Each and every one of us needs to accomplish, achieve and triumph to be happy. Our human spirit requires it. Remember that happiness thrives in activity and accomplishment.

Go for it!

You Have Talent!

“Cultivate your talents.”

Talent does not mean you have to be an artist who paints masterpieces, or a gymnast who does flips. Talent resides within you, right now, in many different ways.

Caring for others is a talent, teaching is a talent, making people feel welcome is a talent, solving problems is a talent and parenting is a talent.

Never underestimate your talents and try not to compare or wish for the talents of others. Focus on and accept the talents you have, and you will find great fulfillment in life.

What makes us Malaysians

Idiosyncrasis which only Malaysian can identify with. This articles is wrote by Tan Koe Huai – Sunday Star. I like what it say in this articles , that was I like to share it.

malaysia day

I may not like the government, but I still love Malaysia, tanah tumpahnya darahku. Malaysian are unique because we are a diversified lot and there are things, habits and feeling which only a Malaysian can understand. Here are some of them:

Our national language is Bahasa Malysia but conversation-wise, we find it more fun to talk in Bahasa Rojak. it is vry rare to hear a conversation like : Adakah anda memandu kereta ke pejabat hari ini? This sounds awkward. Malaysian will usually say, Kak, you drive ke office hari ini ke? When we want to invite someone for tea, we would say, Jom minum teh or Jom yumcha. when we go to food stalls, be it Chinese, Indian or Malay ones, they might not understand take away but they surely will understand ta pao. When surprised by something, we will not say Oh no, we will say Kadavale.

The most important thing during meeting is food! Sandwiches do not entice us during breaks in between meetings but karipap (curry puffs) and pisang goreng (banana fritters) do. Of course, there are always coffee and tea but we will make cham instead – a mix of tea and coffee.

Only in Malaysia do we have roti tise, roti banjir and roti tsunami. If you want to experience this, go to a mamak stall and order these different types of breads.

During dinner- whether wedding or corporate dinners with or without alcohol- Malaysians will toast by shouting ‘ yamseng’!

Then there are our sentence tags. When in doubt over something we ask Can meh? After trying out something and it comes out perfect, we say “Can lah”.  When asking for permission, it is “Can ah?”

Festive open houses are synonymous with satay. Whether is is held at a Chinese, Indian or Malay home, satay is a must-have item on the menu.

These are our Malaysian ways and I won’t want to have it any other way. I am a Malaysia and proud of it. Happy Malaysia Day..

Face Conflict Head-On

“Don’t be afraid of conflict.”

It’s natural to become agitated when you face conflict or disagreement. But when you think about it, conflict is a part of life. It’s inescapable.

Approaching conflict with a sense of calmness goes a whole lot further in making peace than getting all worked up.

Abandon the concept of winning and losing when facing a disagreement. Instead, think in terms of resolution. Be flexible.

When the other side senses that you’re interested in finding a solution, they will be much more agreeable. Rather than confrontation and conflict, you can work together in cooperation to find a solution that suits you both.
