~Love differences~

Sometimes love is not enough;
That’s what I’ve been told
Even as tears roll down my face,
I realize that love is hard enough
It’s not full of the promises in fairy tales
Sometimes, love does not even matter
It’s the last thing thought about
in happily ever afters
Love, that is said to conquer all,
Only makes matters complicated
I could believe that it does prevail
But our differences might be hard to ignore
And though, we’ve tried to look the other way
It just keeps haunting us.
Our love so strong,
Can make it through the turbulence,
But not this wall of obstacles
I wish it were different
I wish we were alike
I wish…
But the question is;
Should I take d’ easy way out?
Or the toughest?
Both are d’ hardest decisions to make.

Seasons change, love remains

I thought I could trust you
so I gave you all my heart
But I never thought the day would come
that you’d be tearing it apart

Why couldn’t you just stop to think
what that would do to me?

I don’t know where it all went wrong
